$45 per week + $2 per employee (per week)

Bi-Weekly Payroll (payroll run once every two weeks)

$45 bi-weekly + $2 per employee (bi-weekly)

Semi-monthly Payroll (payroll run twice a month)

$45 semi-monthly + $2 per employee (semi-monthly)

Do you need paper checks for your employees?

$10 per payroll run (checks will be mailed to your company (employer) address)

Do you want us handle quarterly filing with the IRS? (Filing form 941)

$25 per quarter

Do you want us to handle both yearly filing with the IRS (form 940) and W2's for your employees?

$95 per year (W2's will be mailed to your company address)

Do you need to pay employees in more than one state?

$10 per payroll run (for each additional state and local)
