1) Software at our office in India

We work on the version of the accounting software (QuickBooks, PeachTree etc.,) installed at our office in India. Reports and software back-ups sent to you when the jobs are completed. We have the latest versions of the software.

2) Remote connection to your computer

You allow us access to your computer. We will work directly on your computer using remote connection methods such as “GotomyPC”. The scanned documents and software will always stay with you at your own office.

3) Online accounting software

There are online versions available for many accounting software. Just give us as the access and we will do the work. When the work is completed, we will inform you and you can login and view the reports.

How can I communicate with you?

It is straightforward. You can speak to our bookkeepers using a local US phone number. Alternatively, you can also email or communicate via instant message. You will have a single point of contact for all your communications. All our people speak excellent English. Communication will never be a problem for you.

How can I start?
