1. We are a small business. Will bookkeeping outsourcing work for us?
Though outsourcing was originally designed for large corporations, the technology has evolved so much these days it is available for small businesses and even start-ups. We certainly work with several small businesses and will be glad to help you as well.

Actually, it is much better to outsource when you are small, because you will have better control of the things that you outsource.

2. We only have a small number of bookkeeping tasks. Can you work on just hourly basis?
Yes. We can work with you on an hourly basis. We will just charge a small minimum per month rate.

3. Are your bookkeepers qualified? How can you provide a service at this price?
Yes. All our bookkeepers are qualified and are carefully selected by us to work for you. All our bookkeepers are university graduates and are trained on various accounting software including QuickBooks, PeachTree, Quicken, Sage and others. We can offer this price, because our bookkeepers work from our office in India. As you might be aware of the fact that the salaries are much lesser in India.

4. Can you guarantee security of my data?
Absolutely. Data protection is the most important aspect of our business. We have implemented very high levels of security to protect the security of your data. 5. We already have accounting software installed on our computer. Can you work directly on our computer using remote connection?
Yes. Our bookkeepers can remotely connect to your computer and work directly on your computer. All you have to do is create an account in any remote connection software such as GotomyPC or Logmein. If you need any help in choosing one, please get in touch with us. Our support team will help you choose and setup one.

6. Isn’t scanning a time consuming process? I have done scanning before and it was very slow. What do you suggest?
Yes. Scanning used to be a difficult and time-consuming task with flat bed and slower scanners. Even a few years ago, those were the kind of commercial scanners available in the market.

But scanning technology has evolved so fast. These days flat bed scanners are history and are replaced by document feed scanners. These are very fast and scans about 20-30 pages per minute. You just have to stack up all the papers in the document feeder and push a button.

The scanner will do the rest. There are several videos available in YouTube that demonstrates the speed of these scanners.

The prices are also very affordable and a good quality scanner is now available from just $400.

7. Can I speak to a reference?
Of course, you can ask for references. Just write to us about it with your requirements in detail. We may even give a reference local to you.

8. If I am not happy about the service, do I have to stay with you for the whole year? What are your terms?
No. We guarantee a no-questions asked cancellation policy. You can cancel our service any time. We will stop it within 30 days.

“I realized we don’t need local staff at our warehouse”

The biggest obstacle that would have prevented us from using your service is the need for a local person to be near inventory. However, we overcame this so that we could have someone remotely entering orders. Also, if the email correspondence was hard to understand, we of course would not have been able to use the service.

Using Integra has, freed up a lot of our time to work on business development. Also, it has reduced our overheads and time spent managing people. I like the fact that there are always at least two people trained on the system so that there is duplicity and a backup in place in case of illness, etc.
